Responsibilities shall include:
Manage and oversee the entire restaurant operation
Liaison with external contractors and suppliers
Planing and develop guest loyalty programs
Organize and supervise shifts
Handling customer enquiries and complaints
Estimating consumption, forecasting requirements and maintaining inventory
Manage restaurant supplies
Controlling costs and minimizing waste
Nurturing a positive working environment
Monitoring operations and initiate corrective actions
Implementing innovative strategies to improve productivity and sales
Preparing and presenting staffing/sales reports
Skills & Experience:
Analytical Ability
Basic knowledge of management accounting is a prerequisite
Should have an energetic and enthusiastic approach to work
Computer literacy
Good interpersonal skills
Organisational skills
