Restaurant Assistant Manager

Two Monkeys in Emporia Malmö, a completely vegan restaurant concept, is looking for an experienced restaurant assistant manager.
We're originally a danish company, recently having expanded to Sweden and are on the way to more growth across Sweden. Because of this we are looking for a restaurant assistant manager to manage and run our Emporia location.
We are looking for a positive, service-minded person with experience in the kitchen and with managing people. Background in the vegan kitchen is necessary.
As our Restaurant Assistant Manager, you will be responsible for managing the team of staff as well as be on the floor taking orders and preparing food.
Tasks consist of (non-exhaustive): Taking inventory, ordering food, planning schedules, managing staff as well as the daily operations and floor work such as taking orders and preparing food orders.
Fluent english is a must and experience is a plus.
