We are a local restaurant in Skien, with big dreams and high quality. We're a restaurant with a heart for our home town and province. We take proud in using local produce and take inspiration from classic French as well as the rest of the world. Our menu change after season and availability of the goods, some times it's twise a week other dishes may survive for a month on the menu.
We are a passionate team run by the owner. Jacob & Gabriel is in constant change, we will always stay updated and search for new knowlage and challenges.
Our wine room is one thing we take great pride in- and we will continue the work searching down interesting titles.
Job description:
In charge of the service team, guiding them with as a good example of profecional service and being and a good sales person.
Managing shift scheduals, keeping order, organizing bookings and storage. Keeping good numbers for beverage and salary presentage.
Skills:
Relevant leader experience is nessesary. High knowlage and intrest in food and beverage.
Basic knowlage of word and exel is preferred.
English must be fluent - we have a international team, as well as guests with strong English language.
Working hours and place of work: Fulltime. The position is 20 % office and 80 % work in service. Evenings. Restautrant is open from 17:00, Wednesday to Friday, and from 12:00 Saturdays.
Start date: As soon as possible. We will hire when we find the right person, no hurry for the perfect fit.
