As Retail and Customer Satisfaction Director for Sales Area Volvo Trucks International, you will be located in Gothenburg and belong to a very engaged team; VTI Service Sales & Retail team. You will report to the VP of Service Sales & Retail at Volvo Trucks International. This role will be a 3-year assignment, and we are open for relocation, job rotation and/or discussing the assignment period.

The role
As Retail and Customer Satisfaction Director for Volvo Trucks International, you will direct and govern the development of the Sales Area retail network, private and wholly owned. You will consolidate results, actions, and plans on Customer satisfaction in the sales area.
In this role, you will challenge and support the markets regarding retail quality (QR&DOS), structure and performance. You will follow up and analyze Retail KPIs to monitor network performance & profitability.
Retail development of VTI will be at your core. This means; participating in the creation of the optimal network structure including RSP (Retail Strategy Plan), developing ways of working with Private Importers and Govern VTI RIG (Retail investment group) meetings and Initiate investment/divestment cases/projects that will take us to transform. You will be the owner of the retail CAPEX budget for VTI.
Your responsibility will include securing implementation of decided processes and having coordinating roll for the retail business systems in cooperation with RVC/digit representing VTI retail.
You will follow up on the retail and customer satisfaction execution plan with RVC for VTI and being the interface towards RVC in the area.
