DeLaval is a modern and dynamic company developing high-tech solutions for milk production.We are convinced that long-term success depends on respect for people, animals and nature - as this has made us the world leader in milking systems.Our history is characterized by innovation and we are now investing substantial resources to extend our technical lead in the 21st century.Our mission is to drive progress in milk production.Sales world-wide are conducted through 15 Sales Companies divided into 3 regions.Sales Company Northern Europe includes Sweden, Norway, Iceland, Finland, Estonia, Latvia and Lithuania with 560 employees, dealers excluded.Our Swedish offices are located in Tumba near Stockholm.Retail and E-commerce specialist, Sales Company Northern Europe DeLaval sells aftermarket products through 500 shops in SC Northern Europe and has a dedicated sales force in each country.We are also entering the e-commerce area through a pilot project in Sweden.We need to complement our solution manager department with a retail and e-commerce specialist to support our local country organisations mainly within Northern Europe..Job summary Your key responsibilities are: .Organize and develop our Shop sales concept & strategy .Develop Shop sales channels, suggest and implement improvements .Dedicated specialist contact and support for our internal Shop channel managers .Product exposure management .Follow up on sales development in our retailer channels .Implement and develop our e-commerce channel in cooperation with local and central units You will report to the Market Development Manager.The location is within Sales Company Northern Europe in Sweden, Finland or Norway.Travelling will be required, mainly within the Nordic region.A thorough general understanding of our business is the fundament of this position as well as a genuine interest for milk production Qualifications .English and Scandinavian speakers..Well educated and 5-8 years progressive experience within retailer sales and marketing .familiar with e-commerce marketing .good verbal and written communication skills..dynamic, self motivated, creative and outgoing .ability to handle a number of projects simultaneously in a structured way .
