At Change of Scandinavia/Twilfit we know that excellent customer service is the key to reaching ambitious goals. As Area Sales Coach you will have a leading role in training and coaching your team to give the best personal customer experience, follow up on KPI´s and deliver high sales results.

What will you do?

You will lead and inspire your team, creating a great work environment while performing on high demands. You are to motivate, support and engage your team members through daily training and following set plans to meet budgets and goals.

Your positive and proactive mind-set is your greatest asset while working under pressure with several parallel projects running with short deadlines. You see extended travels as a positive but more than anything, you are passionate about business and people.

Responsibilities:

- Daily sales training, teaching our sales method and leading your team to reach highly set sales goals.

- Set and follow up targets for each store and individual staff members in your sales team.

- Organize and independently conduct trainings to engage and motivate your sales team.

- Clear communication with the teams, understanding the differentiation of experiences knowledge and backgrounds, ensuring everyone is on board and understanding, buy-in expectations.

- Ensure the sales targets are met consistently. Analyze KPI´s to draw conclusions and implement needed actions.

To meet the needs of the role, you need have a high passion for sales and work without prestige. You need to be where it happens, so this role normally requires driving field activities at least 4-5 days per week. (During COVID travels are set accordingly to restrictions).

What do we expect of you?

- Min. 10 years of documented coaching and leadership skills.

- Retail experience and a passion for sales and personal customer service.

- Excellent organizational skills, you need to be able to manage challenges and prioritize tasks at different stages of development.

- Driven by results you can work in an environment with high demands in a fast-moving company with an entrepreneurial business mindset.

- Able to work under your own supervision and enjoy working and interacting with wider teams.

- A strong team player with high social skills, contributing with positive energy and creativity.

- Be innovative, curious, and eager to learn.

- Be flexible - you need to be able to work when the stores need you.

- Fluent in Swedish and English, verbal and written.

- Good Excel skills

This role includes extensive travelling in Sweden and abroad (field activities, incentive trips, trainings etc.) The headquarter is in Stockholm and the area for this role is the middle of Sweden.
