Retail Director
The role reports directly to Norvidas CEO and will oversee the company’s Retail business in Sweden and Finland, focusing on key accounts and growth. You'll lead a team of two Retail sales reps, one Retail sales rep and a Sales Manager Finland.
Even though Norvida has been around for more than 30 years, they still consider themselves a start-up, meaning they don’t have big teams with strategic directors. At Norvida, everybody is a team player and you will play a crucial role in their decision-making process, emphasizing the need for collaboration among your own and with other teams.

Main responsibilities: Drive sales growth and market share while building strong customer relationships across the Nordics
Profit and loss responsibility for the retail business
Lead and continue to build a KPI-driven commercial team within Retail.
Take an active role in the company’s executive management team.
Develop and execute Norvidas Retail strategy and go-to-market approach.
Broaden assortment and sales in Retail, creating continuous sales 365 days a year.
Inspire your team to deliver strong results in line with Norvidas long-term goals.
About you
You are enthusiastic about crafting and executing growth plans. A highly motivated self-starter, you excel in teamwork and in building strong relationships with both colleagues and customers. Challenges drive you, and you possess a strong business orientation with strong analytical skills.

Qualifications: Key account/Sales Manager experience or similar sales development position.
You are a strong natural leader who isn’t afraid to get their hands dirty.
You are skilled in building commercial growth plans and delivering on them.
Strong communication skills, both written and oral.
Strong skills in Office 360.
Fluent in Swedish and English, proficiency in another Nordic language is a bonus.
