RETAIL MANAGER

Main Job Specification:
- Balances staffing levels and labor cost to achieve cost-effective plan for running the retail store.
- Monitors and controls labor using established methods to meet goals.
- Works with GM regarding, new procedures, legal concerns, or other retail business to keep him/her informed.
- Conducts retail inventory, places orders with vendors/support center to maintain adequate stock; and to maintain proper storage.
- Design visual merchandise displays in order to increase foot traffic and sales.
- Trains, monitors/coaches employees on performance, compliance with procedures and workload.

Minimum Requirements:
- College coursework preferred; high school diploma or equivalency required.
- Minimum of 3 years retail industry experience/store management required.
- Proficiency communicating (speaking, reading, and writing) in English, bilingual preferred.
