We are looking for a Retail Marketing Manager to join our Retail Marketing Team that is leading the  planning for all visual merchandizing initiatives that improve the retail experience for consumers when they visit Thule Partner Stores, Shop-in-Shops and Thule mono-brand stores.

As the Retail Marketing Manager for Region Europe and Rest-of-World, you are part of the Region’s Sales team, based at the headquarter for Thule Group in Malmö, and in the lead for the planning and execution of all visual merchandizing initiatives to improve the consumer experience in our distribution network. The team is responsible for merchandizing solutions, store concepts and in-store communication for a business that generates 4 Bio SEK across 105 countries and with more than 3,000 prioritized Thule Retail Partners.

We believe that you are a self-going, proactive and motivated problem solver, with the ability to organize and plan your work to meet deadlines whilst remaining detail- and service oriented. You have a relevant academic background as well as very good experience from retail marketing and sales. Experience and/or education in project management is an advantage. Since you will be working in an international environment fluency in English, both verbal and written, is a must. You are expected to be traveling to key markets when needed.  Relevant software’s used are MS Office, Mock shop, Qlick View, M3 and Adobe Collection.  We are a pragmatic, fast moving and performance driven organization offering a dynamic and stimulating work environment where your own performance dictate your success going forward.   Thule Group is a strong value driven company.
