Job Description
As a Project Manager at H&M HOME, your responsibility is to plan, lead, deliver and follow up on global projects with both internal and external teams. In this role, you will manage projects connected to our physical stores where we aim to deliver a world class customer experience through services, events and collaborations. You will also lead our flagship store openings projects in countries all over the world, working closely with local PR and Marketing teams and creative agencies. You own the global store events strategy and calendar guiding and following up with local teams. In-store communications and developments of the graphical visual identity are also projects that you are responsible for.
Your responsibilities include but are not limited to:
Own and continuously develop the in-store marketing strategy, events calendar and graphic visual guidelines for H&M HOME stores
Lead flagship store openings projects to create innovative and buzzworthy openings across the world
Handle cross functional synch and information handling between different functions to ensure qualitative delivery and ongoing implementation
Manage and optimize project budget with a cost-conscious mindset to maximize business value resources
Ensure all project deliverables (strategies, concepts, content, PR etc) deliver on set goals
Allocate resources and distribute/prioritize work between team members and external partners
Drive sourcing, negotiations and contract handling of agencies, creative talent and services for openings projects and popup events
Lead, inform, motivate and align project team to deliver on shared goals
Ensure projects are delivered on time, on brief and on budget
Analyze/follow up delivered projects to demonstrate return of investment
Qualifications
To succeed in this role, you need to have both strategic and hands-on skills with experience from managing marketing projects for physical stores. As a person, you are creative, driven, a doer and result oriented. We believe you are structured, curious and dare to innovate and challenge status quo, with the ability to adapt to new and sometimes undefined conditions. You love to collaborate with others to find the best solutions working towards joint business and customer goals.
We would love to meet someone who also has:
3-5 years of experience from project managing roles within marketing and communications, agency or client side
Proven track record of delivering creative, complex projects and solutions that drive business results
Marketing experience from projects connected to retail, physical stores, store openings and events
A proven track record of leading and align cross-functional teams to deliver on shared goals
Knowledge and strategic understanding of all disciplines in marketing and communications
Ability to communicate vision and strategy, prioritize and take decisions
Excellent communication and presentation skills in English
A plus if you have a genuine interest in interior decoration
