As the Retail Sales Training and Clientelling Manager at Acne Studios you are responsible for education and training of the Global Retail teams as well as the Global sales coach department in delivering exceptional customer service throughout the full customer journey, developing selling technique and skills, brand history, collection and product.

Our sales coach team operates on a global reach and are responsible for education and training of the global Retail store teams.

You will be responsible for improving the business key figures by driving clientelling activities, developing sales tool, secure the service level in our studios as well development of education programs, improvements and follow up of sales performance & CRM strategies and KPI’s.

The position is based at Acne Studios Headquarter in Stockholm and reports the Global Retail Director.

Tasks & Responsibilities:


• Analyze the store sales- and key figures, support and plan/execute required actions with retail operation team
• Develop strategies in how to drive business and secure sales improvements
• Lead, manage, develop the Retail instore clientelling activities
• Set and plan the yearly sales training program
• Plan and secure the Retail departments’ clientelling work, set strategies and identify needs and tools for each market
• Motivate and inspire our sales team to improve result and performance
• Deeper analyzis of the clientelling work – both ad hoc analysis of activities and continuous reporting
• Manage the global sales coach team

Desired Qualifications & Experience:


• Minimum 3 years of experience of CRM and clientellig work in a high end Retail store environment on a managerial level.
• Sales driven and results oriented with the ability to motivate and inspire others to improved performance
• Analytical mindset, with ability to reach and analyse figures to identify relevant action points and long-term strategies
• 3 years of sales coaching and experience of working with different cultures is meriting
• Ability to work independently and create strong long lasting relations
• Structured and service minded
