MultiMind Bemanning AB offers staffing and recruitment services. Our niche is to supply staff with language skills and international experience within Logistics, Accounting/Finance, Marketing, HR and IT.

MultiMind is looking for a Retail Specialist to our client, a large international company. This is a long term consultant assignment. For the right person there is very good opportunities for development within the company.



About the role

As the Retail Specialist you will be responsible for ensuring our clients in-house developed education portal and main communication channel with Field Trainers. Furthermore, you will be part of maintaining and developing our clients Loyalty & Incentive Program.



Responsibilities

Consistently evaluate and identify improvements around the education portal. Take lead and project manage the implementation of identified improvements to the education platform and in close collaboration with IT, take an active part in the development and quality assurance. In collaboration with the Online Training Coordinator, develop online training concepts. Own the Nordic Retail Program and goals and ensure local Product Trainers’ sessions in the Nordics align with the strategy. Maintaining an active and visible presence by visiting the stores and following up with Trainers in order to increase the reach and impact of the program. Develop and improve the Loyalty & Incentive Program. Own the agreements between our client and retailers/partners related to the education portal and the Loyalty & Incentive Program and ensure that KPIs are met.


Requirements and qualifications

Professional accomplishments, skills and education



Education required: Bachelor degree in marketing or communication. Experience required: At least 3 years’ experience in a similar role. Advanced MS Office user, mainly Excel and Power Point. Experience with website development. Experience from working closely with developers and familiarity with the terms and language involved. Previous experience of IT tools for loyalty programs i.e. CRM, social media etc. Experience from incentive/loyalty programs, preferably in a leading and owning role. Excellent language skills, both verbal and written in one Nordic language plus English. Experience from sales is highly preferred.
