We are looking for a driven and ambitious person to join our Business Management team for Broadband & TV within the Consumer division. What you’ll do

As a Retention Manager you are responsible for the overall churn and retention activities of all our Consumer Broadband and TV products, including Fiber, Stream and IPTV. You will be part of an ambitious team with a fantastic atmosphere and skilled colleagues, having many years of experience and insights in the Broadband and TV business. Together with Business Managers for our products, you will set targets and forecasts for churn and retention as well as come up with ideas and activities to reach these targets.

You will work closely with the team’s Business Analyst when developing both reactive and proactive approaches and activities based on analytical insights. Collaboration is key in this role, and you will work closely with our Customer Service, Products and Insights teams as well as the Retention Manager for Mobile

Although much valuable work can and will be done at the office, much of the action goes on where we meet and talk to our customers every day. Hence having a connection with and regularly being present at our customer service sites and other channels such as our Stores, to gather insights as well as speak to savedesk agents and sales representatives, will be of great importance.

Your key responsibilities:
* Continuously implement data- and process driven activities to reduce churn and regrets in all Telenor’s sales channels, such as customer service, stores, online and telemarketing.
* Setting targets and forecast for churn, regrets and retention
* Following up on and presenting results of implemented activities as well as retention budget
* Being the eyes and ears of most things churn related on our broadband and TV products

Who are you

We are looking for a driven and ambitious individual with the right mindset to take on new challenges in the role as Retention Manager. To succeed in this role – we believe that you have great communication skills and the ability to create long term relationships internally at Telenor. Since many decisions, changes and launches are being carried out in this role – it´s important that you are skilled in stakeholder management and enjoy working in a cross functional and fast paced environment.

Previous knowledge of broadband and TV products is meriting but is not a must.
