group.ONE is looking for a Retention Marketing Manager to strengthen our team in our office in Malmo, Copenhagen, or Amsterdam.

We need you to implement marketing programs and strategies that drive customer retention, reduce churn, and increase customer activation across group brands.

The Retention Marketing Manager will:
Be the go-to person in the business on customer retention and product churn prevention
Continuously develop, project manage and execute the strategy for group.ONE retention marketing across house channels, including email, applications, and support
Optimise user flows in collaboration with our Product and UX teams to encourage product activation and engagement
Translate quantitative and qualitative insights into campaigns to increase customer LTV and reduce churn
Adopt an A/B testing approach to constantly achieve incremental improvements through segmentation, content, and timing of campaigns
Analyse all aspects of retention performance and identify opportunities to create value via focused marketing activity


Required
Bachelor’s degree in relevant disciplines
3+ years of experience in subscription-product retention or lifecycle marketing
Passionate about customer success, you love the satisfaction of building outstanding customer value
Excellent written/ verbal communications skills with fluency in the English Language
Strong analytical skills, you can extract and handle data to make solid recommendations
The ability to think big combined with the willingness to roll up your sleeves to get things done


We’d love if you have/are
Experience leading cross-country, cross-function projects
Speak at least one Nordic language
Previous experience in SaaS marketing
A team player with the ability to work independently
Strong presentation skills and able to communicate with all levels in the organisation, from juniors to c-level
