We're now looking for three Return & Warranty Agents to join our warehouse Team in Uppsala. Two openings are long-term for an indefinite period. One opening is temporary for around 8 months with possible extension.
Our Return and Warranty Agents are responsible for the correct assessment of returned items from both private and business customers, keeping our IT systems updated with relevant information, and communicating with other departments regarding returns and warranties. You work both administratively with your computer and hands-on with our products. Besides your main tasks, you also work with other tasks within the warehouse as workload change from day to day, especially during peak season.
THE TASKS YOU OWN
- Quality control of returned products, you will become an expert on DW products
- Making decisions on approved or non-approved returns, sellable or non-sellable products, and sorting them accordingly.
- Handling transactions in DW IT systems
- Communication and cooperation with customer service, sales departments and warehouse
- Investigating and solving errands related to returns, engaging with customers through e-mail until a solution is found
- Identify repeated quality or process issues and propose improvement
- Supporting other departments with our pick & pack process
- Be a part of the team developing the future global Daniel Wellington supply chain
WHO YOU ARE
You have an eye for details and an interest in retail products. You are a person who likes to be part of a team but manages your daily work independently.
- English is mandatory
- Proficiency in Excel and other Microsoft Office Suite products
- Strong sense of quality, a trustworthy personality and customer-oriented;
- Ability to work under a high workload and work autonomously without losing quality in your performance
- Great communication and networking skills
- Experience in ERP system operation is preferable
- Experience in reverse logistics handling is preferable
