Return & Warranty Manager

We're now looking for a Return & Warranty Manager for our warehouse in Uppsala. This is an opportunity for you with a background in customer service, and a passion for leadership as well as processes, to step into a global position.

THE TASKS YOU WILL OWN
Your main area of responsibility will be to ensure that we offer the best possible service to our customers and that the policies and strategies for the returns & warranty are in line with the organizational standards and visions. You will engage in the development of the function and identify possible improvements. That means we want you to take ownership, be creative and make lasting impressions as well as: 

- Lead the Return & Warranty team, directly reporting to you.
- Collaborate with internal, external, and global stakeholders
- Analyze root causes of warranty claims and identify methods to reduce claims
- Ensure targets are reached and are relevant
- Help production (returns, picking/packing, etc.) when needed, i.e. peak season
- Help to develop our return teams on a global scale


WHO YOU ARE
Your communication is your biggest strength but your passion for outstanding service is your north star. If you have previous experience from working at a warehouse, we might as well be a perfect match, but it is not a must. First of all, we are looking for you with the right mindset and leadership style. We would also love it if you have:

- A flexible and adaptable attitude
- Good analytical skills
- Preferably returns & warranty experience
