Revenue Business Controller

Main responsibilities:

- Regularly review Winningtemp’s financial transactions, sales contracts and business practices

- Providing guidance for operational improvement to achieve company revenue objectives

- Identify revenue risks and develop control plans and drive the KPI/OKR process

- Review product pricing and profitability prior implementation

- Monthly reviews of customer sales and profitability per product including financing costs

- Prepare and conduct corporate and unit level business reviews - including develop and prepare various reports together with CFO (mgmt. team, Board, funding rounds etc.)

- Drive and lead budget and forecast processes



Qualifications:

- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent in a related field

- Have minimum 5 + years of equivalent experience from a global industry

- Meritorious if experienced in managing staff

- Adequate experience from SaaS / Start up

- Fluent in English

- Meritorious if skilled in BW and Dashboard solutions
