The Revenue Management group is a part of the Nordic Marketing department and their main mission is to ensure that all our customer contracts are in compliance with our business plan and regulations. This job needs a person with high analytical skills; you also need to be communicative since you will be working close to the Nordic Sales team and other functions within the organization. The main responsibilities are supervising the group of 7 people; make profitability and risk analysis and ensuring contractual compliance. All tasks related to pricing and discount decisions for existing and potential customers are made in cooperation with the Sales department. You will work with cross-functional coordination for special customer solutions and resulting profitability impact, balancing volume, revenue and profitability goals of the organization. Also included in the assignment is to make sure that our contract administration is in line with legal compliance and to be the gatekeeper of the Revenue Management objectives. You will also be the user representative for the Revenue Management systems which includes training and support.
