What you will do
You will be joining the growing team of revenue operations managers at Funnel. You will work with; marketing, sales, business development and customer success teams in both the Stockholm and Boston offices to meet Funnel’s exciting growth goals. You will also collaborate with our business intelligence team to help deliver trustworthy and meaningful data. As a member of commercial operations you will:
- Design efficient and robust business processes for commercial teams
- Use sales pipeline, prospect, and product usage data to improve the predictability of our business results
- Design dashboards and reports to enable data-driven decision making at all levels of the business
- Create process and data automations across a range of software tools to support commercial teams
- Collate, create and deliver training content to commercial teams to improve skills & process adoption
- Collaborate with commercial teams to identify and overcome business challenges
- Collaborate with Funnel’s leadership to inform strategy and support its implementation
Who we think you are

Some things that might describe you:
- Previous experience in business or commercial operations is strongly preferred. Eg. sales operations, revenue operations, marketing operations, customer success or commercial operations. Even better if this experience is at a B2B SaaS company!
- Alternatively, you could also have a background in sales, support or customer success with significant relevant experience in process design, data analysis and process automation
- You have experience managing a CRM such as HubSpot or Salesforce, experience working within Looker/Tableau/Google Sheets/Excel or similar for data analysis
- Experience in a programming language such as Python or JavaScript is beneficial
- Experience in change management or project management is beneficial
- A relevant university degree is beneficial
- Fluency in verbal and written English is required

You will join a team of 5 revenue operations managers based in both Stockholm and Boston. Our team has a range of backgrounds from business administration to game design to beer brewing and we are highly committed to keeping an inclusive, fun, and friendly work environment.
