We are now looking for an innovative colleague to join our organisation as the Revenue Operations/System Manager.
Job tasks:
You will play a critical role in optimising our customers lifecycle and driving Revenue operations for Visma Draftit. Your responsibilities will span across customer management, reporting and analytics, orders and subscriptions management, platform expertise, and guidance and support for different functions in the organisation.
Your primary focus will be on building and maintaining a comprehensive view of customers, their interactions, services and products portfolio from our teams. You will leverage data from the CRM system (Hubspot) and other platforms (Zuora, Datalake etc.) to generate insights and recommendations for improving processes. In addition to managing customer data, you will oversee the order-to-cash process, including quote generation, order processing, and invoicing. You will also manage subscriptions and licences.
As the primary point of contact for Hubspot CRM and Subscription Management platform Zuora, you will provide training and support to users on how to effectively leverage these tools to manage customers and Lead to Invoice processes. Overall, you will be responsible for driving alignment and efficiency across our very diverse departments with the ultimate goal of maximizing operations efficiency.
Responsibilities:
• Build and maintain a 360-degree view of customers, including services/products portfolio
• Ensure data integrity and accuracy within the CRM (Hubspot) and other relevant systems.
• Reports to track relevant key metrics
• Analyse data to identify trends, opportunities, and areas for improvement.
• Provide insights and recommendations based on data analysis to support decision-making.
• Oversee the order-to-cash process, including quote generation, order processing, and invoicing.
• Manage subscriptions and licences, ensuring accurate billing process
• Work closely with finance and delivery teams to streamline processes and improve efficiency.
• Serve as the primary point of contact for Hubspot CRM, Zuora Subscription/Invoicing systems and other relevant platforms.
• Provide training and support to users on how to effectively use the platforms to manage customers and commercial processes.
• Act as a subject matter expert on revenue operations processes, tools and methodologies.
Who are we looking for?
• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Demonstrated ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams
• Comfortable using/learning and leveraging various digital tools, platforms, and technologies
• Proven experience in a similar role, preferably in a SaaS or technology company.
• Proven experience with Order to cash and invoicing processes, familiarity with subscription management platforms is a plus
• Strong understanding of CRM systems and subscription management systems, specific experience in Hubspot CRM and/or Zuora
• Excellent analytical skills and ability to translate data into actionable insights.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams.
• Proven ability to manage multiple projects and priorities in a fast-paced environment.
• Experience providing training and support to end-users on software platforms.
