Reverse Logistic Engineer

We are looking for a person to work within Global returns in the Reverse Supply Chain department in the Operations division.

Who Is your future team?
Reverse Supply Chain is a team of 18 people that handles all product returns to Axis and our distribution centers, suppliers and broken field returns to RMA partners. Reverse logistics is often more complex processes and it requires positive a curious staff with the right sense of urgency.

What you'll do here as a Reverse Logistic Engineer
In this role you will work with reports, packing and shipping with our partners on site.
You will be responsible for RMA within Axis and back to suppliers, and make sure that costs and Turn-Around-Times are kept by regular meetings (major suppliers).
The role also includes, daily support to our CLCs, RMA partners and suppliers to define, maintain, and improve the RMA processes.

Your main tasks and responsibilities will be to:

* Place orders and follow up these from a time perspective
* Working with improvement projects within the organization and globally
* Update purchase orders if needed
* Working independently with tasks that includes both our partners and suppliers.
* Handle invoices, control, and accounting
* Hold weekly meeting with suppliers to monitor time and cost

You have the ability to work independently and you are also a dedicated team player that successfully collaborates across organizational and cultural borders
You have a strong drive, passion, and a will to improve may be at least as important. You are honest, open minded and ready to take full responsibility for your assignments.

To be successful in this role you need strong communication skills, both in Swedish and English. Further, it is meritorious to have experience from working in Microsoft Office, administrative tasks, and a good computer experience
