One important part of our Customer service is to have a high functioning Reverse Supply Chain. We are now looking for a new role as Reverse Supply Chain Director to our HQ in Lund, Sweden, to develop our Reverse Supply Chain even further for the coming years.
Who is your future team?
You will manage a team of around 20 dedicated people divided between two team managers. The teams have long experience of Reverse Supply Chain and you will set them up for success in delivering a world class Reverse Supply Chain. You will also be part of the Global Supply Chain management team that is managing the Axis Supply Chain on a Global Level.
What you'll do here as Reverse Supply Chain Director:
As a Reverse Supply Chain Director, you will be responsible for making sure Axis have the most efficient and successful operations when products get returned from Customers together with your team.
This includes but is not limited to:
* Developing Reverse Supply Chain footprint together with your team and Global Supply Chain
* Optimizing Inventory in the Reverse Supply Chain
* Commercially managing and developing RMA Service Partners globally
* Drive Design for Repair in corporation with our Research & Development department
* Deliver a great RMA service in conjunction with Global Sales and Tech Support organizations globally
* Manage the improvements projects connected to Reverse Supply Chain
Who are you?
We are looking for a person with a strong drive to manage people. You are a team driven person with previous experience as a manager as well as experience with Supply Chain Management. As a leader and people manager, you believe great development start with great people, and you are passionate about building high-performing and happy teams. You strive to see people grow and are structured when you drive change. You utilize the knowledge in the team and develop the function continuously.
We´d love to hear that you have:
* A Master level degree in Engineering or similar
* Previous management experience including responsibility for personnel and a good track record of promoting a productive and excellent work environment.
* Communicative skills and enjoy interacting and collaborating with different people and cultures.
* Experience working with Supply Chain Management in a global environment.
* Flexibility to navigate successfully within a complex global structure to operate effectively at all levels of the organization.
Bonus points for:
* Proficient in Microsoft Office applications and familiarity with working in ERP systems.
* Experience from a manufacturing company and preferably electronics with a global footprint.
Apart from the above you are fluent in English and Swedish. The role requires some traveling (20 days per year) once we are beyond Covid-19.
