One important part of our Customer service is to have a high functioning Reverse Supply Chain. We are now looking for a new Purchaser to the Reverse Logistics and Supply team at our headquarters in Lund to ensure world class operation of the Reverse Supply Chain
Who is your future team?
You will be part of a team of about 14 RMA Supply and Reverse logistics professionals. The purpose of the team is to manage customer returns to RMA (Return Material Authorization) partners for repair as well as Returns to vendors. We work close together within the team and cross functionally in the whole Axis supply chain, delivering and optimizing product availability at the right time and place. Our overall goal is to ensure quick and top quality service for our customers!
What you'll do here as an Reverse Supply Chain Purchaser
In this position you will play a vital role in delivering on Axis' service offerings to customers. Together with your colleagues, you will be responsible for ensuring outstanding set-up and execution of the reverse supply chain in a rather complex environment. To manage this you will need to analyze existing and expected reverse demand and act on both short-and long term. You will have a broad network and work closely with both internal and external interfaces.
Duties include:
Reverse Supply Planning - Optimizing and ensure product availability to our RMA partners to meet our customers demand
* Plan and execute stock replenishment and inventory control at RMA Partner globally
* Balance material supply from available sources
* Develop and drive improvement activities related to processes and way of working to optimize performance.
* Train and support key stakeholders worldwide

We´d love to hear that you have:
* A university degree in relevant field
* Minimum 3 year experience working with Supply Chain Management in a global environment.
* Proven ability to work effectively in a team environment and build strong relationship with the management team and colleagues.
* Extended Excel skills
Bonus points for:
* Experience working with purchasing
* Experience working with reverse logistics
* Experience working in an ERP system and other business intelligence tools.
