Are you up for a new exciting challenge?
As a Reward Manager within the HR Service Centre Sweden you will be responsible for delivering successful reward services to our business.
In this role you will be able to make the most of your knowledge and leadership skills. You will lead a senior and highly specialised team, delivering services within compensation & benefits and pension. In your scope of responsibility you will also secure the delivery of service for mobile employees including pay roll and tax compliancy.

Main responsibilities
- Enable overall successful service delivery for the HR Service Center to the clients.
- Secure high level of quality and efficient service deliver for the reward area.
- Contribute to global reward strategy and policy and drive local implementation.
- Secure attractive and sustainable pension solutions for Sweden.
- Lead the mobility service, securing efficient support to the mobile employees.
- Secure compliant solutions for Mobile employee including tax, social security, pension and migration
- Drive continuous improvements within the reward area.
- Lead and develop the reward team and ensure their collaboration with other teams and suppliers.
Qualifications
To be successful in this position you need to be a person that likes to take on new challenges. You collaborate well with others and find it easy to understand the business. It is natural for you to lead and develop people and you have a proven track record to do this successfully. You have several years of relevant work experience understanding both global and local industry and market best practices within the reward area.
You have experience from developing strategies and secure successful implementation and you communicate and collaborate well with stakeholders.
You have a University degree within business administration or human resources. Very good command of English, both written and verbal is required.
