On behalf of our client, AstraZeneca, we are now looking for a Reward partner. The position is a temporary consultancy assignment. The assignment is set to start as soon as possible and the duration is until the end of march of 2018, with a possibility to be extended further. TASKS AND RESPONSIBILITIES
As a Reward Partner you will be a part of their global Reward team located in Södertälje, Gärtuna. You will participate in local projects to accomplish compensation objectives in Sweden and report to the Reward Director. You will be responsible for:

•Support in finalising equal pay analysis 2017
•Support in planning equal pay analysis 2018
•Support to plan annual compensation activities for 2018 and contribute to preparations done for the activities
•Support annual reward review for white collar population in Sweden, tasks include:
- Finalising Sweden specific communication
- Finalising materials and supporting with line manager educations
- Collaborating with HR services team (based in Sweden) to secure accurate input data for the review process
- Provide support to secure smooth reward review process in February. Process is ran in Workday
- Provide ad hoc analysis during the review period, secure that budgets are being adhered to in Sweden
- Plan and participate in individual negotiations


EXCPERIENCE AND EDUCATION
To be successful in this role, you should have experience in annual compensation review and related union negotiations in a large matrix organisation. You should have proven track record in engaging and influencing different stakeholder groups. Experience in educating line managers about making reward decisions is an advantage. You are fluent in Swedish and English and have solid excel, analytical and presentation skills. You have a high attention to details and you are flexible to manager workload peaks.

If you have knowledge of working in Workday system, this will be an advantage.

Further, as candidate you have BSc or MSc in Human Resource Management and around 5 years’ experience from working with HR in global companies. You have a strong drive and energy, are used to lead your own work and you don´t hesitate to step into new areas and tasks. You have high integrity and are used to work in teams but can also plan and execute individual tasks.
