Reward Specialist in HR Common Services

Here is an opportunity for a Reward specialist to join us!

You will be responsible for operational reward tasks in the region in close co-operation with the HR community in the company. The position is located in Stockholm and you will be part of a HR team spread in Scandinavia. The job requires ability to travel.

Responsibilities:

- 1 line support to HR line and business within the area of reward

- Administrate yearly salary review processes

- Develop and administer pension policies and practices

- Support the business in administrating any tax related reward issues

- Process owner for Commuter administration

- Vendor management regarding benefits and benefit systems

- Support HR line with data and metrics in reward area

- Conduct position evaluations and/or developed job architecture within a company or a business unit

- Benchmarking of positions at all levels of a company or business unit

Experience:

- Work experience within HR and/or the financial sector, with a Nordic function

- Relevant University Degree (MSc), i.e. within economics or HR

- Good understanding of Nordic languages (Danish, Swedish, Norweigian)

- Experience in SAP, Success Factors and advanced excel


You are required to have strong team player capabilities and experience of working and achieving results in cross-organizational setup as well as in international business environments. Maybe you´re experienced in the Controlling area and are curious about the HR field. Strong communication and language capabilities, written as well as spoken English is required.

You have at least 3-5 years of experience within an Economy function or an HR function. You have worked successfully in a Nordic or international context.
