RF or Microwave Reliability Engineer for telecom

EBC AB söker för kunds räkning en senior civilingenjör för RF och Microwave reliability arbete inom telekomsektorn.Du bör ha högskoleutbildning, ha minst 10 års AKTUELL erfarenhet av kvalificerade jobb, vara strukturerad, ansvarstagande, drivande och lyhörd. RF or Microwave Reliability Expert Responsibilities: Component and board Reliability Improvement Responsible for establishing RF or MicroWave component incoming quality control policy and reliability assurance method.monitoring RF or MicroWave component supplier quality & reliability program in routine, review and audit supplier on site Responsible for RF or MicroWave component new process, new technology research, industry application analysis.Analyze the technical difficulty and reliability risk of the RF or Microwave telecom product, and gives solutions Participate in the component selection of the RF or MicroWave product , Providing expert suggestions on component choosing/application to achieve the goal of best power-saving design of Base Station Responsible for roadmap establishment, requirement analysis/definition and application inspection for electrical components used in Base Stations Responsible for figure out the key improvements for RF product which suffer from component batch problem Develop component reliability DFX (manufacturing, reliability, cost, test, SI) platform and Rules, Guideline, baseline Qualifications Required Product & Component Reliability Strong background in RF or Microwave Engineering Rich experience on quality & reliability policy and DFR & DFT technology for RF or Microwave components (LNA, PA, VCO, MIXER, MW, etc) Know well on Simulation of RF or Microwave circuits Professional knowledge in assembly process of Power Amplifier 10+ years working experience for RF or Microwave quality & reliability in design, process, test and validation steps Professional knowledge of component test specific and reliability experiment.Quality, reliability control method and standard on component and assembly, and the system product level.Knowledge and working experience in base station product is preferred Innovation idea and practice capability in component reliability technologies.Bachelor or masters or higher majoring in electrical engineering.Sensitive insight on component application and development trend.Additional skills required Fluent speaking and writing in English Good communications and presentation skills The ability to communicate and work in multicultural team environment The ability to develop innovative solutions and prove them Skicka gärna ansökan och CV med kort personlig kommentar, gärna bild, information om kompetenser, erfarenhet av testverktyg, ev.Vi samlar vinnare.Det skall vara roligt att arbeta för och med EBC!
