Anritsu Corporation has been a provider of innovative communication solutions for more than 110 years, and now serves customers from offices around the world.Following Anritsu's acquisition of NetTest in 2005, it has expanded its offering to provide complete solutions for existing and next-generation wired and wireless communication systems and operators.The organization sell in over 90 countries worldwide with approximately 4,000 employees.The Nordic office employs 240 people.For more information about the company please visit www.anritsu.com.Job description As a RF System Support Engineer your main responsibilities are first line technical support on systems simulators for test of mobile phones and chip sets.This include solving technical problems, assisting with system installation and upgrade and carrying out the on-site part of the annual calibration for each customer system.You will work closely with Anritsu's in-house Engineering development team to isolate and identify problems and recommend alternative solutions.Your responsibility will be to facilitate effective communication between the customer and Anritsu through hosting of conference calls and act as a local host and take care of all logistics relating to visiting Engineers. You will be a part of Anritsu Sweden but work in a European virtual team with direct support from Japan.You will be on site at Anritsu's customer's premises in primarily Lund, Copenhagen and Aalborg where You will be travelling directly from home.Your profile: A degree within areas of electrical engineering, maths, physics or telecommunication is required.You can be newly graduated from the university, but it is qualifying if You have working experience from a similar role i.e.experience of measurement techniques or from testing.For this position it is important that You possess good knowledge in English, both oral and written.It is also qualifying if You have good knowledge in Danish or Japanese.You are structured, self driven and a problem solver with an ability of making analysis.You also possess the ability to cooperate with other people and are able to see and understand cultural differences.
