Our Exciting Opportunity
At Ericsson, we are now investing heavily in the future 5G technology where cutting-edge development is key. We are strengthening our mixed-signal capabilities within the data converter team. As a developer in within mixed-signal IC developer, you will work together with top engineers in the industry to develop converter products for next generation radio networks. The work will be conducted in a global environment where we cooperate internally as well as with leading international suppliers.
We are a small team where we are focusing on continuous feedback and improvements daily. The team is responsible to develop data converter products from specification via ASIC design and verification to validation, industrialization, and internal customer integration and support. Meaning that there are several opportunities to grow within the team!
This position reports to Manager RF Converters.
You will
Drive systemization, RTL level implementation, and verify analog close digital blocks
Develop models of analog blocks and perform mixed-signal verification
Document your work and work with continuous improvements
To be successful in the role you must have
In-depth and documented experience of the digital, mixed-signal, and analog design flow
5+ years of experience in mixed-signal verification both from the analog as well as digital tops, preferably with focus on data converter development
Extensive knowledge in digital RTL development
Background in synthesis and preferably in RTL to GDS flows
Excellent communication skills with RF as well as digital engineers
Detailed track record of successful RF CMOS designs in advanced nodes
Experience in Virtuoso/Spectre and digital design flows as well as modelling of analog functionality using digital models
