Our Exciting Opportunity
We are now looking for Radio Frequency/Microwave Component Engineers to our growing team who has experience in the semiconductor industry. You will be part of the HW Design organization and have an end-to-end responsibility for a component category. This includes technical selection, approval, and component portfolio management. You will work closely with different internal and external stakeholders such as R&D, Sourcing, Supply, and component suppliers. In this role you will have the technical perspective and at the same time taking commercial and production aspects into account.

You will
Have an end-to-end responsibility for a component category
Be responsible for component selection, validation, and approval in close collaboration with R&D engineers and Sourcing
Belong to a team that work on all horizons: research, pre-development, product development as well as after market
Be responsible for component qualification and failure analysis with focus on quality and quality monitoring towards suppliers but also internally
Be part of supplier and technology scouting activities and technical evaluations
Be responsible for component governance and promotion
Support the commercial process with understanding of cost drivers and cost engineering insights
To be successful in the role you must have
A university degree: MS in Electronics or Engineering Physics
Experience in semiconductor technologies and manufacturing, plus assembly and packaging
Experience in RF/Radio design
Business understanding
Core proficiencies
Highly skilled in problem solving
Comfortable in communication with internal and external stakeholders
Self-motivated, results-oriented and detailed
