Customer oriented Co-ordinator to IT Services, located in Södertälje. The arena As one of the world's leading Pharmaceutical companies, our business is focused on turning good ideas into innovative, effective medicines that make a real difference in important areas of healthcare.We are active in over 100 countries with growing presence in important emerging markets; corporate office in London UK; major R&D sites in Sweden, the UK and the US.GTO is a global organisation (based in UK, USA, Sweden, Singapore) of 300+ staff.The GTO IT Services Team is focused on the ongoing development and delivery of Infrastructure Services globally across and throughout AZ., striking a balance between meeting customer needs, improving service agility and delivering added business value.The role Your role will be within the IT Services Team of GTO in Södertälje.The RFS Co-ordinator will engage in the day-to-day Request for Service (RFS) process.This role will work with individual responsibility but as part of a larger team whose overriding priority is to maintain compliance with the Global RFS Process.In addition this role is solely responsible for the administration of the Global RFS Mailbox and the Global IS Database, together with provision of bi-weekly and monthly reports on statuses of and trends in Requests for Service.Minimum experience/ requirements -3 + years experience in project support, co-ordination and administration across IS/IT and Request for Service processes.-Strong analytical skills across budgeting, financial aspects of portfolio management.-Broad knowledge of IS / IT activities.-Strong focus on excellent customer service.-Able to build effective working relationships with customers, peers, and external providers.-Ability to interpret and communicate technical information into business language and vice versa.-Ability to work well in diverse, multinational teams and proven ability to influence others to achieve positive outcomes.-Demonstrated personal characteristics - a proactive self-starter, strong customer orientation, and cross-cultural working, communication and negotiation skills.We will only handle applications received via our website.
