You will be supporting existing customers in technical and commercial matters in the daily operational business as well as looking for new opportunities within the HVAC (heating ventilation and air conditioning) industry around the World. Your responsibilities include following up business performance with customers, establishing and developing business plans and building business relations. The role also entails collecting requirements and market trends from customers and reporting into our R&D for further development of the product.
You will be responsible for an OEM (Original Equipment Manufacturer) business selling rotary heat exchangers (RHE) for air handling units. The RHE developed and manufactured by FläktGroup are recognized as high performing across the industry.

The initial period in the role will be focused on building the foundation regarding technical support and the selection program of the department.

As the role develops the focus will shift into seeking up new customers, monitoring the market and building new business opportunities in a strategic perspective.
Who are you?
For this exciting role we want you to have previous experience from project management and technical sales. You also have a BSc in engineering.
You are focused on your objectives and use your full capacity of smartness to get there.
The projects you are going to deal with will both have a short-term and a long -term perspectives, therefore it is important for you to have a strong dedication of finding new ways to make progress.
In this role it is important to build trust and long term relationships to the customers based on technical knowledge.
Since you are responsible for your own unit it’s important for you to always look ahead to find new ways of development and making business to the RHE area.
Travels is required about 20 days per year. You are fluent in English and sufficient in Swedish. It is meritorious to speak German.
