Assignment Description:
We are looking for a Senior Risk Analyst (FMEA) to join our dynamic team.
What you will work on:
Develop and implement FMEA structures for both existing and new products and production lines.
Facilitate and lead FMEA team workshops in collaboration with specialist departments.
Implement and enforce measures across all departments, presenting results to project teams and customers.
Integrate FMEA and Project Risk Management with Enterprise Risk Management to ensure maximum transparency.
Maintain and contribute to the further development of FMEA standards as a Knowledge Database System for future projects and synergy effects.
Contribute to the development of methods beyond existing standards, including the organization of Benchmark Workshops with competitors.
Assist in the development of training concepts to elevate FMEAs as a critical development tool.
Fulfill any other duties and responsibilities necessary to achieve company objectives.
What you bring:
MSc degree in Chemistry, Manufacturing, Engineering, or Physics.
5+ years of relevant work experience in high volume production/assembly industries such as battery, automotive, pharma, chemical, or FMCG, focusing on Risk Management.
Proven track record of conducting FMEAs and implementing risk systems, including tracking mitigation actions.
Hands-on experience with FMEA software tools, such as APIS IQ-FMEA.
Strong project management skills with a successful history of leading quality improvement/six sigma projects in manufacturing and/or with suppliers.
Proficiency in SPC, process capability, Quality troubleshooting tools, and problem-solving methodologies.
Fluent in technical English, both written and verbal; Swedish knowledge is a plus.
Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills.
