What You Will Do




As a Risk Framework specialist, you will be part of the second line function and report to the Head of Risk Policy and Reporting.


Work on developing and improving the risk framework ensuring that Nasdaq Clearing is aligned with policies and regulations, and preparing risk appetite statements and reports to the Board.


Navigate through different regulatory changes and ensure that Nasdaq Clearing implements these changes efficiently.


Work with risk assurance and prepare communication material describing Nasdaq Clearings risk framework to relevant governing committees and partners.


Support in the development of Nasdaq Clearings recovery framework and the ESG risk framework.


What We Expect


Degree in Economics, Finance, Mathematics or related field


5-10 years of work experience within financial and non-financial risk management


Proven track record in developing and communicating appropriate risk management, strategies and processes


Strong leadership, communication and collaboration skills in a constantly growing environment


Ability to work with internal and external collaborators


Excellent command in English, both written and spoken
