Do you want to challenge yourself in a position as a Risk Governance Analyst? The Risk Governance analyst will have the varied responsibilities related to executing on governance activities for the Risk function, including ensuring compliance with internal regulation process and coordination of the Risk governance bodies (L3/L2/L1 committees). The Risk Governance analyst will help ensure internal controls implementation, coordination of Advanced Risk Management Program and Risk Culture initiatives. This is a temporary position 15 months.
Your contribution to the team
Perform annual review and local adaptation of the internal regulations within Risk, including gap assessment and RACI matrix development
Monitor and follow up on the inventories for internal regulations and on gaps within internal regulations
Monitor and follow-up on internal control implementation, review, remediation, and certification
Coordinate the L3/L2 risk committees, provide support to L1 Committee
Perform coordinated annual planning for L2/L3 committees
Support SharePoint sites and flows
Coordinate internal audit recommendations follow up
Coordinate the initiatives within Risk Advanced management program
Education
Bachelor’s degree in business/Economics or Law
Competence and skills
Understanding of governance in the Risk area
Strong working knowledge of Microsoft package and advanced user of Excel, PowerPoint, Word and SharePoint
Fluent in written and spoken English, Scandinavian Language is a plus
There is an advantage if you have the following experience (you should have a great in interest):
Experience with internal controls
Experience to work with internal regulations (policies, procedures, etc.) review, assessment, gap analysis, governance, and implementation
Exposure for Risk Culture communications, or project management
Experience with risk reporting
Personal characteristics
Systematic, structured, and effective approach to managing daily tasks
Trustworthy, self-confident, committed, and reliable
Team player
Ability to communicate complex topics in a simple and understandable way
Ability to foster strong working relationships at different levels within the organization
Problem solving and solution-oriented attitude

Knows how to prioritize to meet deadlines in a fast-paced quickly changing environment
