At Sandvik Rock Processing Solutions (SRP), we are looking for a Risk Management and Governance Professional to handle our policies and procedures. Are you ready for the next step? Then this might be the perfect opportunity for you!

You will report to CFO Cecilia Nissen who is dedicated and at your disposal. The preferred location is Malmö, and Stockholm is an option for the right candidate. Some travel is expected in the role.

Your mission
In this role, you ensure that the SRP policies and procedures are updated, rolled out, and followed. You develop a comprehensive Governance plan that covers internal control, risk management, and Limits of Authority, then implement and monitor it. Furthermore, you create and maintain financial processes to reduce risks. In addition, you lead the Internal Control process, ensuring all new entities are included. You provide specialized skills and training to controllers, management, and other staff to evaluate internal control and minimize financial risk. You ensure that the output is correct and aligned with Sandvik's policies and procedures and compliant with the Legal & Compliance department.

Your character
We are looking for someone with a relevant degree and approximately five years’ experience in a similar role. You are a highly structured and analytical individual with excellent social skills. The ideal candidate should be able to collaborate with different stakeholders and have a good sense of customer service. Proficiency in verbal and written English is required.
