About the job
Support the ERM process in the organization as well as the regular risk reporting. The Enterprise Risk Management framework is implemented in the divisions and outcomes are reported to the Business Area and to Atlas Copco Group.
Manage Atlas Copco’s loss prevention initiatives, including the loss prevention surveys, support to operations, and special projects.

Primary responsibilities
ERM
Support the implementation of Enterprise Risk Management framework within the Group
Coordinate and moderate ERM assessments and workshops and summarize the discussions
Aggregate, analyze and communicate relevant findings, trends and outstanding
Produce consistent and high-quality risk management reports for Group, Business Areas and Divisions within reporting deadlines


Loss Prevention and business continuity
Maintain, improve and develop guidelines and share best practice regarding loss prevention and business continuity among factories, warehouse and other facilities
Responsible for Atlas Copco risk survey program, including but not limited to coordination and reporting of surveys
Support the organization during projects, acquisitions, etc. regarding applicable loss prevention requirements
Collaborate with Atlas Copco network in respect of loss prevention and risk management questions
Produce consistent and high quality loss prevention reports for Group, Business Areas and Divisions within reporting deadlines

Several years of Risk Engineering, safety and/or field underwriting experience
Several years of Enterprise Risk Management Experience
