Hays is the world's leading and most experienced specialist professional recruitment company.We have over 50 years of experience and more than 300 offices in Europe, Australia, New Zealand, Canada, Middle East and Asia.In Sweden we are specialists within our business units Accountancy & Finanace, IT, Marketing & Sales, Law, HR, Administration and Executive.We were introduced on the London stock exchange as early as 1958 and are today one of it's 150 largest companies.If you want to know more about Hays, please visit our website - www.hays.se Essential Functions : * Underwrite and structure large and complex transactions within the portfolio, including financial modelling to determine operating performance and assess risk * Performs credit analysis on key distributors, manufacturers, key current borrowers within designated authority levels; prepares & makes recommendations on deals and credit extensions * Integrate/identify in the management of portfolio/account strategies/tools that mitigate risk, including credit insurance and capital market tools * Participate in the formulation of related credit policies and approval procedures and standards * Develop and implement criteria to define and control credit risk within assigned area including monitoring and reporting on assigned portfolios/relationships * Coach and develop a remote team of credit analysts across Norway, Finland, Denmark, and Sweden * Reviews designated portion of portfolio on systematic basis for SOX compliance & minimize risk on large exposure loans * Assists in negotiations of agreements, account management & legal actions Qualifications / Requirements : * 5-7 years Credit / Risk (underwriting) experience & structuring cash flow deals in a leasing/ financial services environment * University Education in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or Mathematics * Ability to interact well in a fast-paced team multi-cultural environment and determination to respond to potentially tight deadlines for deal approval and closing * Ability to manage & motivate remote teams & work effectively and cross functionally at all levels * Understanding of secured lending * Strong leadership capability, communication skills (written and oral), presentation, and negotiation skills * Ability to influence outcome of credit approval process with limited credit authority * Experience in audit, policy & procedure development & management * Fluency in English and Finnish Desired : * MBA preferred * Vendor programs/distribution finance experience; inventory finance / floor planning experience preferred * Green Belt / Quality Methodology certification * Fluency in German, French, Spanish, or Italian General : As an international leader in its industry, the company provides financing and servicing programs that facilitate product distribution and the sales process.The company works with manufacturers, distributors, buying groups, and dealers to provide inventory financing, asset-based lending, and accounts receivable solutions for a range of industries.Their goal is to create innovative solutions that support the free flow of products from manufacturers to end-users in key markets around the world.
