Risk Officer

Are you interested in helping Swedbank understand, assess and manage structural and strategic risks?
In Swedbank you have the opportunity to:
- Be part of a unit with focus on the major structural risks
- Collaborate with other teams/units/departments to enhance our understanding of both short term and long term potential impact from ALM risks
- Identify, assess, limit, monitor and report structural risks
- Develop and strengthen our group wide stress tests capability - to enhance the interlinking between the different risk areas and secure that the group is using the input as well as output from the stress test results
- Collaborate with other teams to enhance our Economic Capital models
- Participate in and lead projects within the ALM team or across department as needed


What is needed in this role:
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree, preferably in finance or relevant
- Strong analytical skills, with rigor and attention to details
- 5+ years of experience in ALM, treasury, and/or risk management in a financial services environment
- A proven analytical capacity in one or more of the major risks, in particular capital and credit risks
- Programming experience is meriting
- Understanding and experience in stress testing and/or Economic Capital modeling and usage
- Have a communicative and flexible personality
- Good team player with a proactive ‘can do’ attitude
- Excellent communication skills in English, both in written and spoken form
- Good presentation skills
- Ability to deliver quickly and accurately
