Supplier Management is responsible for sourcing, contracting, and managing suppliers globally. We are on a transformation journey to create a World Class function supporting Tetra Pak’s business and growth ambitions. Within this organisation, Process Excellence & Compliance supports SuM and BM categories with efficient and effective processes and tools, as well as by securing a resilient and compliant supplier base.
We are now looking for a Manager Risk and Sustainability to join the Process Excellence & Compliance team and lead strategic initiatives to secure a sustainable and resilient supplier base.
The position is permanent and preferably based in Lund, but other Tetra Pak locations are possible. Some travelling is required.
What you will do
You will be responsible for and manage a team working on Sustainability for FSM Supplier Management, Responsible Sourcing and Risk Management. You will drive the development of our vision and roadmap in these areas as well as leading the operational work required to achieve our objectives.
You would drive Risk Management and related processes such CSA and Management Declarations for both FSM Base Materials and FSM Supplier Management organizations.
The expected deliverable from this function is to develop and implement a simplified approach on risk management, to secure focus on high-risk areas, to secure sustainable supply as well as to create the sustainability framework and support categories in implementation. Given the size of the supplier base, it is a must to continuously develop smart and risk-based ways of working and to drive automation, efficiency and continuous improvement.

You will focus on
Leading our SuM Sustainability journey and developing category specific sustainability roadmaps
Driving the SuM and Base Materials yearly risk management and governance cycles
Leading the Responsible Sourcing assurance program and driving corrective actions with suppliers
Securing SuM support to other compliance activities (REACH, RoHS, SCIP Database, Export Control).
Who you are?
You are structured, have a true interest and drive for the areas in scope, and have excellent communication skills. You possess the ability to both have the strategic view as well as working operationally with the team. Managing stakeholders in a professional way comes natural to you and you collaborate effectively with categories as well as expert organizations. You keep yourself hyperaware of the external environment and new effective and efficient ways of working.
You have a university degree in engineering, economics, business administration or sustainability, and working experience from Supplier Management, Sustainability, Compliance or similar. You have experience of working in an international environment. Experience from leading global projects and implementing change management globally are beneficial. Your English is fluent, both written and spoken.
