Work responsibilities
As team member in Plusius FINLEG you will work in Plusius second line of defense Risk Control section. You work cross boarder FINLEGs sections with focus on building and maintaining the Risk routine Monitoring System. Your areas of responsibility in the work in Plusius will include investigations of ongoing implementation of advanced risk control routines for payment institutions, onboarding procedures for company customers, PEP investigations, sanctions checking for AML and CFT, reporting incidents to relevant authorities, creating new risk routines both manual and cross-border development. Furthermore, the work involves methodological risk validation, policy development for payment institutions and reporting to Plusius' management.
About you
As a person, you are persistent, independent and proactive. In order to cope with the tasks within Plusius' Risk Control section, Plusisus assesses that it is an advantage if you have experience of having worked in a regulatory compliance-controlled environment and can therefore interpret statutory business rules and put them into practice. You should have a degree from a university in a numerate subject (e.g. Economics, Science, Engineering, or Business)
You should also recognize yourself as person with significant drive, high ambition, detail-oriented in your work. You use structured approaches to problem solving without losing the holistic perspective, you work freely with Swedish and English in speech and writing. You have the ability to explain risks both orally and in writing to an inexperienced audience and have experience in establishing and improving controls and key risk indicators to reduce and monitor risk exposures. Furthermore, you appreciate working with others and contribute with good cooperation and are accommodating in your treatment of others. We put great emphasis on your personal characteristics.
