Academic Work is looking for a RMA Process Coordinator with excellent skills in MS Office and experience from working in a mid- to large organization with administration or in a process coordinator role.
You will be employed by Academic Work and working as a consultant for our client. The intention is, if all parties are satisfied with the cooperation, that you will eventually be employed directly by them.
ARBETSUPPGIFTER
As a RMA Process Coordinator you will be working in the in RMA Performance team and report to RMA Manager. RMA stands for Return Materials Authorization. If a product breaks down customer approaches a helpdesk for troubleshooting. If troubleshooting is unsuccessful the customer is authorized a RMA number which sends the faulty unit to an appointed repair partner for repair/replacement. The RMA Process begins when an RMA number is authorized and ends when customer receives a functioning unit in return.
Tasks included in this role are for example:
- Participate in RMA Process review meetings with stakeholders and understand process improvement requirements
- Create, update, maintain RMA Process documents in MS Visio & MS Word
- Compile RMA KPI statistics, RMA Stats for internal & external publication
- Compile RMA Survey results and present findings
- Prepare & publish RMA pricelists
- Publish communication on Partner Pages for RMA Partners
- Follow-up on RMA Tool & Process compliance with RMA Partners
- Follow-up on RMA Performance, pending Invoices etc, with RMA Partners
- RMA Tool, CRM (RMA Tool users) Administration Tasks
- RMA Contract filing & maintenance

We are looking for a candidate with a bachelor?s degree in maths/stats/economics/business or similar. To be successful in this role you need to be able to work well across teams, be a good communicator and listener. It is important you deliver on deadlines and go the extra mile in learning and taking on new tasks that will result in overall process improvement.
Qualifications required of candidates for this role:
- A bachelor?s degree in Maths/Stats/Economics/Business or similar
- At least 3 (but not more than 5) years of work experience of working in mid- to large organizations in administration or a process co-ordination role.
- Excellent skills MS Office suits (Excel, Word, PPT)
- Worked with MS Visio
- Work experience in MS Sharepoint is an advantage, but not required
- Great skills in the english language ? both written & spoken. Ability in Swedish language is good to have but not mandatory.
