Commercial Group
The Commercial Group is the Sales & Marketing organization for the Tele2 Group. The organization is responsible for a common Sales & Marketing approach, for identifying potential economies of scale and for making sure that we leverage on the learning?s we have from all regions.
Departments included in the Commercial Group are Marketing Communications, Product Management, Customer Operations, Consumer Insight & Customer Base Management, Sales and International Carrier Business & Roaming.

Roaming Operations
The Roaming Operations team is part of International carrier Business and Roaming department. The team is responsible for all commercial wholesale activities related to international partners for Tele2 group including launching new networks and partners where needed based on countries? needs, optimize the business and get synergy benefits from Tele2 group international roaming activities.

Responsibilities and duties:
As a Roaming Manager you will coordinate and execute wholesale roaming roadmaps and plans according to the established strategy and priorities. Roaming Manager shall ensure optimal performance of roaming operations on group and local level to achieve target KPIs and overall business goals.

As a Roaming Manager, you will:
-Analyze and manage roaming priority lists and plans for service rollouts and implementations according to the agreed strategy, roadmaps and priorities.
-Analyze, manage and negotiate commercial roaming agreements and IOT discount agreements between TELE2 and Roaming Partners.
-Establish, manage and develop relations with Roaming Partners, Roaming Hubs, SMS Hubs and etc.
-Identify, utilize and create synergies for increasing efficiencies and reducing costs in roaming area.
-Maintain and improve QoS and quality in internal and external processes and procedures.
-Maintain the correctness of data in all systems and information sharing/flow.
-Ensure and support the fulfillment of local roaming needs.

Competence and experience:
Education:
-University degree required, preferably in Business Administration & Economics or Engineering with interest for commercial activities

Experience:
-3+ years of telecom experience and/or account management
-International experience and cross cultural awareness
-Experience from Project Management
-Experience from Procurement/Legal/Contract management would be a merit
-Experience from roaming or roaming related activities

Skills:
-Fluent English. Other languages are a plus.
-Communication & Negotiation skills
-Excellent analytical skills.
-Presentation & reporting skills.
-Organizational and coordination skills.
-Perfect time planning and prioritization capabilities.
