Looking for an exciting new opportunity within Business Area E-mobility for a one year contract? Look no further!
We are currently seeking a skilled and experienced roaming operator to join out team and hep us grow our roaming network across Europe. You will be working in a small team consisting of a roaming manager, two roaming operators and a roaming contract manager. The roaming operator reports to the Director of Business Support within the BU E-Mobility.
E-mobility within Vattenfall are responsible for the sales of charging solutions for electric vehicles at corporate sites and in larger cities in the three core markets (Sweden, the Netherlands and Germany), where Vattenfall is already active.
Your tasks and responsibilities:
You will play a critical role in ensuring the operational performance of the reaming network across Europe. As Roaming operator, you are responsible for:
Ensuring billing, dunning and payment of roaming partners
Configuring new roaming partners and connect these to the existing E-mobility network of Vattenfall
Implementing new roaming products, features and improvements – handed over by product development and the business support team – and informs timely the Customer Service team on this implementation
Leading operational excellence- and automation projects – in line with the business plan and strategy of BU E-Mobility in close cooperation with different stakeholders and departments
Supporting in attracting new roaming partners and participating in regulatory meetings in order to achieve cross-industry alignment on processes, cooperation’s, contract templates and tax issues.
Reporting roaming activities and collecting data, analyzing and identifying improvements.
This is a highly operational role and you must enjoy working within the role description with little interpretation or deviation from the role.
Qualifications
High school degree
Experience in excel and SAP
Worked with handling invoices within roles in finance/accounting.
Fluent in English, Swedish knowledge is meritorious.
To succeed as roaming operator, you must be able to manage uncertainty. This means being able to operate effectively even when the way forward is not clear. You should be comfortable with ambiguity and be able to adapt to changing circumstances. Collaboration and communication is another key quality and you must be able to build partnerships and work closely with a diverse group of colleagues, partners and stakeholders.
