About us
We at Electrolux CXA Wellbeing R&D in Stockholm are responsible for investigating new technologies, developing concepts, creating innovative tech and driving the early phases of new development. As a System Test Leader (STL) you will join the Development Team and contribute to the creation of our future generations of consumer vacuum cleaners, such as the next version of our i9.2 robotic vacuum.
You will work closely with a team of experts and be one of the key contributors in the early phases of the development process. You will strongly influence the concepts and technology used. The position requires you to have both broad experience and excellent problem-solving skills.
We truly believe in cross functional efforts and as a STL you will be working closely with other areas of R&D as well as other functions such as Project Office, Marketing, Design and Quality.
Responsibilities:
•Assure that technically feasible, well-verified and defined solutions are chosen in the development projects.
•Create complete test plans, orchestrate and lead development testing in our global team.
•Coordinate experts and engineers throughout the different test phases.
•Perform tests according to IEC standards, national and internal regulations.
•Translate knowledge from testing into proposals for improvements.
•Report testing status in project review meetings and other forums.
•Drive technical investigations.
•Design test set-ups and test verifications to evaluate new and existing solutions in our products.
•Create technical documentation.
•Contribute to the development and improvement of technical solutions for our products.
•Secure that the right core technology competence is involved in projects at the right time.

•Strong communicator and able to connect with colleagues, stakeholders from across multiple organizations and suppliers alike.

Qualifications:
•Minimum Bachelor´s Degree in Engineering, Mechatronics, Robotics or similar field.
•Well-rounded experience working within testing and verification.
•Deep understanding and experience from common testing procedures and standards.
•Have worked in an R&D organization with development of mass market- and/or consumer products.
•Ability to program in Python, C or C++.
•Experience and knowledge about algorithm verification.
•Experience and knowledge about testing of connected products (Internet of Things).
•Experience and knowledge about testing and verification of complex autonomous systems.
•Experience of working in complex development projects.
•Strong professional English is required as you will work with international colleagues and stakeholders. Additional language skills are also valued.
