Role of a Testledare/ Teststrateg in Stockholm

We are currently looking for passionate experienced and result-oriented candidates for the role of a Testledare/ Teststrateg with a professional background and exemplary concepts to join our team.


Key Responsibilities:
As a member of the HIL framework team, you will create tools, methods, and an environment for automated ECU software testing in an HIL environment for testers.
We currently use dSpace AutomationDesk, a graphical tool for creating test sequences that execute Python code. Python allows us to integrate with a wide range of test equipment and tools.


Education, Expertise, and experience requirements:
Competency prerequisites for the applicant:
You have a Master of Science in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, or an equivalent degree, and you have extensive knowledge and experience programming in languages such as Python. Unit testing and version control are fundamental software development practises that you use on a daily basis. You should also have prior experience with continuous integration tools.


You are an effective team player with excellent communication skills and a genuine desire to make testers' jobs easier. You approach problems analytically and enjoy problem solving. You are also involved, with the ability to drive change and implementation, as well as a passion for automated testing.
A valid EU driver's licence is required.

It is advantageous to have the following knowledge & experience:
Experience from some of the following would also be considered valuable:
• Experience with HIL systems and real-time simulation • Experience working with and scripting for databases, particularly SQL • dSpace Automation desk • Robot Framework or similar tools
• CAN serial communication protocol • Control units in vehicle electrical system • Automotive testing tools such as Inca or Canalyzer

Language Requirements: Mastery of English & Swedish language in both speech and writing is required. It is advantageous if you have good oral and written skills is Swedish.
