Key Responsibilities:

A management manager / Product Expert Virtual and Mobile End-Points is needed by a customer.


For the Virtual Desktops & Apps and Mobile Workspace services, the End-Point Services area is looking for a line consultant. The end-point area is undergoing change, with existing services being developed and new services being introduced as part of ongoing transformations aimed at increasing employee mobility and productivity.


In order to manage and develop the service area, the Product Expert collaborates closely with the Product Owner for End-Point in the assignment. The position reports to the Digital Workplace Director.


The position necessitates functional management and development experience in large, complex organisations, where effective collaboration across organisational and functional boundaries is critical to success. A goal-oriented and proactive approach, as well as the ability to see the big picture and the connections between technology, people, and processes, are critical to the mission's success.


The following are the responsibilities of the position:
Ensure that the preceding services are stable and improving.
Participate in, manage, and coordinate initiatives and projects.
Operational management and supplier coordination are two of the most important tasks.
Stakeholder consultation and information
Coordinates the M365 programme with existing on-premises delivery.
The area, like other parts of IT, is outsourced, which is why you work with our international outsourcing partner as well.





Education, Expertise, and experience requirements:

Competency prerequisites for the applicant:
Excellent understanding of digital workplace technologies and services, with a focus on end-point services
Working in line operations as well as on projects in a landscape with outsourced IT is a plus (offshore)
Driving IT changes and transfers with the business in mind is a plus.
Security and information security are two topics on which you should be well-versed.
Excellent structural ability
Technical requirements and supplier control
Working knowledge of ITIL processes is a plus.
Great habit of mapping and analysing needs and coming up with the best solution that balances security, technical requirements, and user experience.
Have a knack for establishing and maintaining positive relationships.

Language Requirements: Mastery of English & Swedish language in both speech and writing is required.
