We are currently looking for passionate experienced and result-oriented candidates for the role of a Agile Business Architect with a professional background and exemplary concepts to join our team.




Key Responsibilities:
Our customer is on an exciting change journey toward modern working methods. Simultaneously, digital transformation creates new opportunities and demands for rapid IT delivery and close collaboration with the business. We are now looking for assistance in further developing their business architecture ability at the customer, as well as improving and adapting working methods to better fit an agile set-up, in collaboration with the customer within the business development team and other employees at them.




You will lay the groundwork for the agile business architecture capability with the help of the business architect and other team members. It entails developing a strategy for updating existing frameworks, clarifying working methods and governance, operationally working to lay the groundwork, and coaching, supporting, and educating.




Education, Expertise, and experience requirements:
Competency prerequisites for the applicant:
You have strong architecture and framework experience, as well as lean-agile experience and an agile mindset.
You've led agile architectural transformations before and are comfortable leading change.
You have excellent communication skills, the ability to meet people where they are, and the ability to build relationships.
You are at ease training and coaching individuals and teams, and you can help others develop that skill.
Several perspectives can be seen at the strategic, tactical, and operational levels. You learn by doing and are easy to work with.
Although personal qualities are most important, relevant education and academic degrees are advantageous.
