Role of Application Manager in Stockholm

We are currently looking for passionate experienced and result-oriented candidates for the role of an Application Manager with a professional background and exemplary concepts to join our team.


Key Responsibilities:
Someone with experience as an application manager seeking a demanding environment is what our client is looking for.


Customers in fifteen countries can choose from a variety of mobile phone payment options for parking. The activity is expanding as we relocate to a new location. We are looking for a new Application Manager to handle level 2 support of the company's app platform in order to keep our platform stable and our customers satisfied.


The application manager's job is to support our stakeholders with their analysis and resolution of production incidents, as well as with integration with the company's app platform in complex and/or specialised situations.




Education, Expertise, and experience requirements:
Competency prerequisites for the applicant:
Possess knowledge of Linux, PostgreSQL, and ElasticSearch; are independent, customer-focused, and always eager to assist; strive for quality from a pragmatic perspective; work and think like someone with an upper-level degree; have at least three years of experience in a position similar to that of application manager; speak and write business English; knowledge of Dutch is an asset;
Are a team player with the ability to make and fully justify its own decisions.



You become more fascinating when:
You are familiar with Jira and Confluence.
You have experience developing software and are knowledgeable about PHP, REST, JSON, and JSON-LD.
You also have good communication skills, both verbal and written.
You take initiative and are eager to get things done. enjoy working with Lever 2, setting up reports, and analysing with the team to improve production incidents and application performance.
You are assisting not only our partners but also our licensees. There are three application managers on our current application management team, and we are working on the team's major next step.
