Role of Business Analyst in Gothenburg

We are currently looking for passionate experienced and result-oriented candidates for the role of a Business Analyst for MS D365 CRM with a professional background and exemplary concepts to join our team.



Education, Expertise, and experience requirements:
Competency prerequisites for the applicant:
At least 5 years of experience is required.
Requirement Engineering for CRM Applications (particular MS Dynamics Sales)
Refinement of User Stories in accordance with a pre-defined refinement process (DoD and DoR) in collaboration with the business and technical teams
Business Requirements Qualification
Calculation of Effort (Story Points and Real-Time)
Facilitate business workshops to present the solution and identify gaps.
Coordination and execution of test case scenarios for user storey approval
Experience with Microsoft D365 Online would be advantageous, as would knowledge of a migration from on-premises to cloud.
Experience with ClickDimensions would be advantageous.
Team player with excellent communication skills

Language Requirements: Mastery of the English language in both speech and writing is required.
